If you experience any problem with your disk array, do not wait for it to “handle it itself,” and do not turn the system on and off repeatedly. There are defects, mechanical in particular, which become significantly worse with each action and can result in irrecoverable data loss.

We recommend turning off the system, preferably by disconnecting the power supply. Under normal circumstances, this procedure can be considered as critical, though it can increase the chances of recovering data.

Remain calm and remember there is always a chance to solve your problem successfully and quickly. Try to fill out our form. This will give us the information we need about your system. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help.

You can select the “pick-up – free” delivery method, which is the most comfortable method how to transport your damaged disk array to our company. We recommend bringing your disk array to us personally (day or night, by agreement) if speed is an important factor and you are not from Prague.
